Refund & Reschedule Policy

How It Works

Every Sleep & Anxiety Broadcast is a live, hand-produced session. Lossless audio architecture, real-time delivery, finite seats. Because each broadcast is created and delivered live by Tatva K personally, our policy is built around rescheduling, not refunds.

If life gets in the way, we’ll move you. If we drop the ball technically, we’ll refund. Simple.

Single Session ($29.99)

• No refunds on confirmed live sessions. Seats are reserved against a live, time-bound broadcast.
• Free reschedule to the next available Block A or Block B if you can’t make it — just email us before the session starts.
• Full refund only if the session is cancelled by us, or if a verified technical failure on our end (Zoom outage, broadcast not delivered) prevents the session from happening.

5-Seat Bundle ($99)

• Bundle seats never expire and can be gifted or transferred to anyone.
• No refunds on purchased bundles, but unused seats can be rescheduled indefinitely.
• If a technical failure on our end prevents a redeemed seat from delivering, that specific seat is refunded or replaced — your call.

Unlimited Membership ($79 / month)

• Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately — no retention friction, no exit survey.
• Already-charged months are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
• No reactivation fees if you come back later.

How to Reschedule or Request a Refund

Email tatvak@theresetsanctuary.org with the email address you used to book and the date of your session. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. If your case qualifies under this policy we will resolve it directly — faster than your bank can dispute.
